Appointments

Our team makes every effort to schedule your appointment promptly and on the same day you contact us, if possible. Exceptions include appointments made in advance for comprehensive annual physicals, surgical procedures, or patients with transportation issues. If you have a special scheduling need, please let us know how we might accommodate you. Special appointments such as telemedicine visits, home visits, nursing home visits, or family meetings in our conference room, are available upon request. Dr. Vargas and Dr. Dudenhoeffer are normally available after hours by telephone for emergencies or urgent consultation. Vacation coverage is provided by highly qualified, specially selected physicians with proven commitments to excellence.
